1. By purchasing from our brand, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. We offer a 4-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible items in original condition with tags attached.

3. Items returned after 4 days will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect or damage is reported.

4. If any damage or defect is found, it must be reported within 4 days of delivery with proof (photos and order details).

5. Approved damaged or defective products will be eligible for a refund or exchange after inspection within 14 days.

6. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

7. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return and quality standard.
